Healthy Pho Asian Fusion Vietnamese Cuisine Port Charlotte is a locally owned, family operated restaurant located in Port Charlotte, FL, and serving customers from Charlotte, Sarasota, Lee counties, and beyond. Our menu includes authentic, flavorful, and healthy Asian Fusion and Vietnamese cuisine. Our specialty dishes include our Pho, egg, rice, and vermicelli noodle, and fried rice dishes. We have something for all tastes and appetites, including vegetarian and vegan options.

The Beginning of Healthy Pho Asian Fusion Vietnamese Cuisine Port Charlotte

Our owner/operator, Cung, Hoang, moved to Port Charlotte, FL, from Albuquerque, NM, about six years ago. Previously, he ran successful Vietnamese restaurants in NM, MA, and CA. He decided to move to another city to introduce Asian cuisine to a new community. He immediately fell in love with the Port Charlotte area, and decided to open his restaurant here, and also to expand the menu to include more Asian fusion dishes, in addition to his Vietnamese staples.

Meet Chef Hoang: Cooking Authentic, Traditional Dishes Since 1989

Healthy Pho Asian Fusion Vietnamese Cuisine Port Charlotte is truly a family restaurant. When Cung Hoang moved to Port Charlotte, he brought with him, his Uncle Chef Hoang. Chef Hoang moved to the United States from Vietnam in 1989. Since then, he has worked as a Chef, honing his skills in preparing healthy, authentic Vietnamese dishes, and expanding to include Asian Fusion fare. We welcome you to check out our Menu.
